Regional Prosperity in South Asia

This policy brief is an outcome of the efforts of a working group of experts, convened by the Chao Track India - to contribute well-researched commentaries regarding a gamut of issues that make up the economic connectivity conundrum in South Asia.

South Asia is one of the least connected regions in the world and is home to a large majority of the world’s poor. This report is a small collaborative effort to ascertain if economic relations may be pulled out of the political logjam that prevents regional connectivity in South Asia.
