Treesa Shaju is a Programme Associate at CSDR. She helps manage the South Asian Futures Fellowship.
Treesa Shaju is the Programme Associate for the Education Vertical at CSDR. Her role involves managing the development of courses and fellowships, covering themes ranging from India’s Foreign Policy to Military Strategy. She oversees the production of creatives for advertising and marketing of these courses and the hosting of courses. Additionally, she conducts market research to understand the demographic of learners and collaborates with various stakeholders to create unique learning opportunities. Treesa’s career experiences include mentoring international students in the area of Gender and Geopolitics with educational consultancies, working as a research assistant for academicians like Salman Soz, and working with NGOs that focus on gender-based violence. She was awarded an MA in Geopolitics and International Relations from Manipal Academy of Higher Studies, Karnataka, where her research primarily focused on Women, Peace and Security and conflict-related sexual violence.
